Questions
Do players pay?
Never. Players join with the room code on any phone, free, with no app and no account.
How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with 7 days free. You save a card on Paystack's secure page (we never see or keep your card number); we check it with R1 and refund that at once. We email you 3 days before the trial ends, with the amount and the date, and you can cancel before then and pay nothing.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in two taps from your account page or the link in any reminder. You keep your plan to the end of what you've paid for, then you're on Free. Nothing is deleted: your saved nights stay.
Can I get my money back?
Cancel within 7 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. See our terms.
Will I know before I'm charged?
Always. We email you 3 days before a monthly charge and 7 days before a yearly one, with the amount, the date and a link to cancel.
Is VAT added?
No. Prices are in rand and final. VAT not charged.
